You will not find a more resort like complex on the Island. We do manage multiple awesome condos here at Saida so do inquire if you wish to book more than one condo we would be happy to assist.brbrWhen you enter this space you will immediately notice how clean & open it feels. We professionally clean with all guests with a pre arrival inspection to start with - but many condos on the Island are dated - not this one! Located in tower 3, direct Gulf of America, Mexico, Ocean facing, front door to beachview patio straight through open concept. The new kitchen has white quartz, stainless steel & is fully equipped with all pots & pans. The eat in Island is also great for crushing out some laptop work, and the Family cook won’t feel isolated from the rest of your Fam.brbrWe tried to think of all possible amenities a family would enjoy here, from beach towel hooks as you enter to the convenient in unit stackable washer & dryer (rare find!). Eating space for all 10, plus a giant sectional couch with sleeper sofa & smart TV to wind down to a memorable family night or enjoy some blended margaritas.brbrThe beachview patio is maybe reason #1 to book - seating outside as well for 10, enjoy breakfast at the table, sunrise coffee or that well deserved drink after a long day at the beach. We also provide board games because hey - let’s shut off the screens for once right brbrEach bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen/smart TV for your favorite app - the main TV the living room has local cable for sports & local news enthusiasts. The bedding and sleeping space in this condo is really remarkable - the master bedroom features a comfy Cali King bed, en suite private bath & beachview too. Everything you want without question. The 2nd guest bedroom is simply loaded up for kiddos beds - queen over queen bunks with single trundle under, the 3rd guest bedroom is twin over twin bunk with a separate full sized bed. Don’t forget the pull out sectional sleeper sofa in living room. You simply will NOT find a 3 bedroom condo at Saida Towers with this ample bedding.brbrThe two full baths with walk in showers are clean & ready for a large family or multi family use to split with privacy & convenience in mind. The provided gas BBQ grill is a super rare amenity at Saida - while we do not provide the LP gas tank for safety reasons, please bring one if you plan on using. Please do note that Saida unfortunately DOES NOT have guest parking, max is two cars strictly enforced at entrance. This 3rd floor condo does have an elevator, though not fully ADA compliant the walk in showers make it fairly accessible. Inquire for specifics as needed, Please do bring a beach wagon, beach gear and/or beach towels those we don’t providebrbrRight out in front of Saida you can rent 2 beach lounge chairs with umbrella from 10 am to 5 pm daily for $45 cash - no need to pre receive they never run out. While our wonderful sand bottom beach is amazing for swimming a life guard tower here is not present nor are their lifeguards at Saida. You can BYOB at the two beachfront pools just no glass. The Olympic sized pool in front of Tower 3 you cannot bring in your own as a liquor license is present with the bar & grill. brbrYou’ll also find:brFresh, clean towels and linensbrA Starter set of toiletries like soaps and trash bags (though not unlimited or replenished)brCoffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, cooking spray, salt & pepper (also not restocked mid-stay)brFor stays 3+ nights, you may exchange towels and linens for free at our office at South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd which is Open 7 days a week and we do feature 24/7 phone support—a rarity among local hosts.

This is a 1st floor condominium so no stairs with ramp up to common space & pool area from the parkingbr brYour condo does have 2 larger bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms that make it easier to spread out with its larger than average square footage. The kitchen you will enjoy as fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc for easier & money saving family meals you will all enjoy..brbrThe main living room does have a ground floor outside patio to enjoy a morning coffee or evening margarita. The living room area has a sofa plus two side chairs, plus a big flat screen smart TV for family movies to wear out the kiddos. It does have high speed WIFI / internet or if you have some work to finish off at the eat in counter or small table.br brWe feature professional cleaning for all our guests with all white linens, towels, comforters, as well as general toiletries like soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pods and the like though we include enough to start, it is not unlimited. You may come to our professional office if you need more.brbrWe just want to highlight that while this condo is fully functional, clean, close to the beach and we do want you to enjoy your stay, we want you to know that it is an older, more eclectic unit with some quirks and is not perfect inside. With this space being less than a block to the beach and on the first floor, we feel it represents good value though not perfect.br brThis 1100 square foot spot has a washer & dryer and the 2 full bathrooms make getting ready much easier. The main bedroom features a queen bed while the guest bedroom has a matching queen bed too. In the rather spacious living room you will find a small sleeper sofa to accommodate 6 in the condo, though we do allow 8. We recommend bringing extra bedding if you want to use the sleeper sofa or choose to bring an airbed.br brWhile you can bring an electric grill for bbq ing, this complex does not allow gas, charcoal, nor their use by the pool nor on patio. Remember on South Padre Island charcoal grills are allowed on the public beach if you so desire.br brLocation:brThe Habitat Condo Complex is walkable to fine dining at Oysters Cover on the channel, Kelly’s Irish Pub for many draft beers as well as excellent late night bar food, the Coral Reef for a locals karaoke spot or walk down to the nearby public beach access and the walk down to Clayton’s Beach Bar & Grill or Bar Louie at the Marriott is about a 400 yard walk.br brThe public beach entry is about 250 steps from the beach, not bad at all and no busy 4 lane to cross. One draw back of this property is the fact that it has 1 parking space, but if you have 2 small cars you can fit them front to back - but SUVs and 4 door trucks will not fit and there is not guest parking. There is free parking at the South Padre Island Convention Center OR along nearby Gulf Blvd if you can find it as City Street.br brThe pool, through not heated is a nice amenity when weather is warm to wear out your kiddos and has a pretty cool 2nd floor sundeck teens and adults alike will like for sunbathing.br brWe say there is a space for 6 people, though up to 8 are allowed please understand there are just 2 queen beds and a small pull out couch. You would likely need to bring an airbed and bedding to get to the 8.brbrGreatly appreciated is reading over the house rules section so you understand this is a family oriented property where partying, over occupancy guests & no smoking up to ONE dog is allowed for a feebrbrWe can provide our City of SPI short term rental license if you ask - it is current and in good standing. Our office phones are answered 7 days a week, 24 hours per day and we feel that is service you will not find with another host :) br brOnce you make booking, it is required to fill out a digital rental agreement thru our system by providing your e mail as well as a picture of your photo ID to verify to us as the primary guest you are 25 years of age or older. We cannot get the digital code to check in without this infobr brDuring March spring break and easter week the property HOA does charge a $25 per person plus tax extra security wristband fee - we charge for it prior to arrival for your convenience - note it is not our fee and we do apologize about it in advance. br brWe know this has been a long read and are so very grateful you are thinking of our property. As you walk in you will notice the open concept kitchen that flows thru to the dining & living room areas and glass door to your private patio outside.brbrWhile this complex is slightly older & an Island original, it is set up so well for a great stay with a fenced courtyard for kids to play, a heated community hot tub, & swimming pool to finish off your kiddos energy after a long day at the beachbrThis space is on the 2nd level requiring you to go up 2 flights of stairs but what is nice is you get a nice little view off your patio of the courtyard & hot tub area with patio furniture to sip a margarita or morning coffee. This is a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom that has a full bathroom tub & shower as well as ample bedding.brbrSurfside is walkable to Kellys Irish Pub (1 block) for great drink specials or their infamous Rueben sandwiches plus their kitchen is open until at least 11 pm; the new fine dining at Captains Cove (same Owners as Yummies & Viva) that is about 3 city blocks away; Cigar Full Service bar (2 blocks) Coral Reef Bar for nightly Karaoke (4 blocks) or hit the beach & walk about 500 yards down to Bar Louie or Clayton’s Beach Bar brIn the master bedroom you will find a king bed, flat screen smart TV, and connected en suite half bath with sink/stool. There is a small walk thru closet so that master bedroom guests do not have to go into the kitchen/living room to shower affording more privacy.brbrThe guest bedroom has a unique queen bed with a pull out trundle bed under that makes a great kids bunkroom or for a couple with a small child that can stay with them on the pullout. There is another small flat screen in here for kiddos to watch at the end of the day. This bedroom is adjacent to the full bathroom as well.brbrThe living room has a sleeper sofa that is a very small full bed, as well as extra side chair great to watch the larger flat screen smart TV or play a family board game night for great conversation & memories. brThe eat in counter is perfect to also get some work done on your laptop (yes – wifi / internet free) with the additional dining table & chairs. Speaking of the kitchen ours if fully equipped with all pots, pans dishes – just bring your food to enjoy more convenient & affordable home cooked meals. brbrThere is a washer & dryer stackable that is nice to freshen up during your stay or before you go home. While this condo is not brand new nor fully remodeled (not super duper fancy) it is professionally cleaned and has all tile floors plus comfortable furniture we think you will enjoy. The overall square footage is about 850.brbrOne cool feature as even though this is a 2nd floor condo, you will have access to ground floor garage space for beachgear, wagons etc though not for a vehicle a golf cart could fit.brIf you have another family or two you are wanting to join with, we do manage multiple properties here that you can bundle up and all stay at the same property.
