Units A and B are located on the 2nd floor with the respective primary bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Unit C is an entirely ground floor unit. brbrMaximum occupancy for the building is 18 guests!brbrThere are patio chairs on the balconies and in the pool area. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage. brbrThe wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites! brbrEnjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. You also get a startup-kit with some essentials, but we recommend you bring beach gear, including towels, additional everyday supplies and personal toiletries! brbrThe island also has a lot of family oriented fun activities. Take in the sounds of the soothing waves while enjoying one of the three outdoor seating areas, including 2 balconies with partial ocean views and a private pool (heater/chiller included).brbrHOUSE INFORMATION:brbrYou will receive your door code the day you check in. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the house before the gate. To unlock the door, enter the code, press the check mark, and open the door. To lock the door, hit the Yale button and check that the door is locked. brbrThe internet wifi name is: Aries BreezebrThe internet password is: IslandLife2023brbrThere are Roku remotes labeled for each bedroom and the living room. Internet is provided by Spectrum and cable is provided by YouTubeTV. There are extra blankets in the bedroom closets. brbrWe supply 2 rolls of paper towels, 2-3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, 2 small dish detergents, a sponge, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Stripes is conveniently located down the block if you need to stock up on any other house supplies. There is also a Dollar General a couple blocks away that has all of the essentials. Plus, HEB and Walmart are just over the bridge and offer curbside pickup or delivery. brbrPlease make yourself at home in the kitchen! It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, and all of the essentials to prepare and enjoy meals. We also have a rice cooker, crock pot, blender, and tea kettle. We do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.)brbrThe kitchen has a combo drip/Keurig coffee machine, so be sure to bring your coffee or pods. We provide k-cup pods to get your first morning started with a cup of joe!brbrThe house has an LG washer and dryer, but detergent is not provided. brbrIf traveling with children: Kids dishes and silverware are located in the second drawer down to the right of the sink. There is a high chair in the AC closet to the right of the downstairs bathroom. The pack 'n' play and sheets are located in the Queen room closet. brbrSAFETY:brbrPLEASE make sure that every guest in the house is latching the safety lock on the top of the back sliding door. This door should be double locked whenever there are children inside and no adult supervision at the pool. Please make sure the side gate stays latched as well. brbrThere is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher below the kitchen sink. brbrPlease follow the house rules to ensure the safety of all guests. brbrSERVICES:brbrPlease be aware that the pool is serviced every Monday and Friday, and there will be a technician on site for a quick pool clean. Please also be aware that the lawn is maintained every Wednesday. We have regular pest control maintenance and you will be notified ahead of time if they are scheduled to visit during your stay. Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. If cars are parked in the driveway, please be sure that the trash can is visible from the road or move it to the curb the night before trash service. brbrOUTSIDE INFORMATION:brbrWe have a nice Weber grill and supply the propane for it. If for any reason the tank has run out, please feel free to get it swapped out and let us know so that we can reimburse you for it. The grill tools are located in the bottom drawer to the right of the sink. brbrThere is NO GLASS allowed near the pool. Also includes dishwasher and large pantry. brbrThe Master has one King Bed with nice relaxing bedroom furniture with beautiful night stands and lamps on each. Second Room has one queen size bed and one full size bed with nicely decorated artwork. It also includes a night stand between beds with beautiful lamp. brbrALL mattresses are new! We purchased new beds in July 2022.brbrbrLiving Room has couch and love seat with a 55 HD TV . It is a two minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach.brbrVery well kept condo with a private swimming pool behind the 8 plex. No condo is better decorated than this on the Island. brbrEvery piece of artwork was picked by my wife and I and we just recently decided to rent it so that you can enjoy the blessings we have.
