Our host, South Padre Island Rentals was a wonderful host. They were available by email or phone during office hours. I stopped at their office and was welcomed and answered my questions.

The property was great but needed a little TLC. There was an odor the required fans and vent fan to be on constantly for days. The bunk beds were rickety and pull out bed was stained and not acceptable for our use.Service and communication was good.I would consider a return visit.

Beautiful beach views.. Hot tub and pool were great. Had some appliances that were not working. That's why I gave it a 4 star review.. Besides that was perfect for a group of 10 ladies.

Excellent location and property

The maintenance crew was wonderful for everything! Wish I knew the name of the lady who brought our needed linens! Issues addressed immediately with a smile and kindness!

Perfect house great stay just needs a better bbq pit

One of the best rental properties that we've ever stayed at, hands down! Communication with the property manager was quick, efficient, and very polite. The house was clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were amazingly well-stocked. The beds were so comfy and every room and bedroom had so much space and all of the amenities that you could ask for. The pool was beautiful and a good size given the size of the backyard. Loved the ease of the boardwalk straight to the beach. Needless to say, we were sad to pack up to head home at the end of our stay! Highly recommend this rental property and will definitely look to rent this property the next time we come to South Padre!

Loved staying at this home and it was plenty spacious for my big family. Loved the straight access to the beach and all neighbor renters were very respectful. However we did run into a few hiccups. Our stove did not work and was not functional all weekend. BBQ pit is very old and cannot be used. I recommend the owner buying a new one or make sure you bring your own. Master shower drain leaks onto the main patio/pool so watch your head! Other than that our stay was great.

SPI does not miss a beat when you are counting on everything being on point. Our family celebrated my daughter's sweet 16th birthday at an SPI rental condo. It was spectacular with high end furnishings. It was a spacious condo, very clean, and had everything we needed. I was especially grateful to Alan for going above and beyond gathering a great team to help me make the weekend as special as it was. I can't thank SPI's employees enough for being incredibly helpful and kind, and proving that next level customer service does exist!
