Our 5th. floor condo has inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea....all for your enjoyment. If your timing is right, You can even catch a SpaceX launch from one of the balconies! The living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony and a smaller balcony. One of the 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center courtyard, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area and attached en-suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and quartz countertop vanity. The 2nd. bedroom has a king size bed, small sitting area and a small desk. This bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with a sliding glass door leading out to another balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court. This bedroom is located right next to the 2nd. bathroom which also has a walk-in tiled shower and quartz countertop vanity. The 3rd. bedroom has 2 twin size beds with a trundle and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have built in closets with lots of storage space . All the bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps, even shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances include smooth top range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher as well as several small appliances and drip style coffee maker. It is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and a basic supply of herbs and spices. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started and there are also some cleaning supplies available. Inside the house is extremely spacious and includes a game room, living room with an oversized couch, huge dining table, several secluded hangout areas throughout the house and 3 big screen TVs.
