Sun Ray 1B is a great, ground floor 1BD/1BA condo centrally located on the gulf side of the island and close to everything. This recently remodeled condo on the ground floor of the Rayo del Sol I 6-plex, has a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, one bunk bed in the extra wide hallway and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room, which can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, granitecounters and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The dining area sits 4 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance.

This condo is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – up to two pets allowed through a pet fee per pet).

There is one parking spot per unit (PARKING PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED). NO POOL, but a very SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH.

    This is a great place to stay for a short time or a long time. It has everything in the unit that you will need. Instructions are provided for everything and the management is VERY responsive. I would definitely stay here again. There is a bar with a live band behind the unit but they cut the music early. Great stay!

    Very accurate description. Quiet and quaint. Worth it! Close to the beach, but you have to walk. There is no closer beach access. Maybe a 5 minute walk.

    Host was very responsive, and helpful when we asked for a special request. The bed was a bit too soft for my wife and I, but overall this place was exactly what we needed for our stay on the island!

    Communication with the owner was excellent. The night we arrived it was late and I had trouble opening the door, but he answered right away and was able to get us in. He was patient and waited until we were inside. Super nice and the place was perfect. Would def rent again.
