LOCATION

The house is located on a quiet street near beach access 15 (about a 1-2 minute walk from the house to beach access 15) and a short walk to additional beach accesses. A Stripes convenience store is also a short walk away, and you'll be about 100 feet away from a running/walking/biking path alongside one of the main roads.

EXTERIOR

The house has 3 balconies. 2 of the balconies are located on the 2nd level and one is located on the 3rd level. The 3rd floor balcony is attached and accessed through the primary suite bedroom. The balcony faces the beach and allows direct views of the water. The balcony located on the 2nd level at the front of the property facing North has plenty of seating with views of the well maintained and quiet, palm tree laden street, as well as the nearest beach access and direct views of the water. The final balcony is also located on the 2nd level and is located at the rear of the property overlooking the large grassy backyard. At the rear of the property, there is outdoor seating on the 2nd floor balcony, as well as the 1st floor patio area.

    We loved our stay at Nick's home. It's so close to beach, the outdoor patios were awesome. Lot's of outdoor furniture for everyone to sit. Walking distance to beach front restaurants. Great backyard for pets. We'll be back!
