8th-story ocean front condo with 9'x24' private balcony

Had a great time! Unit was clean, everything worked.

Great location with great view. Check-in was painless, plenty of garage parking, and elevators were timely. The unit itself was clean and inviting and we had a terrific “down” weekend, relaxing in the unit and walking to meals. Unexpected fireworks down the beach made for fun viewing from the balcony.

Condo was great balcony was amazing. Only complaints beds are very uncomfortable and only 2 half rolls of toilet paper were provide for our stay. Would definitely stay again perfect location if you just want to hang on the beach.

We really enjoyed being able to roll out of bed and be on the beach in no time. We had excellent amenities and the condo was a perfect fit.

The condo was as described (the second bathroom is fun to find). The owner is great at communicating and responds quickly when you have questions. The view was fabulous and the beach was great. My family truly enjoyed the stay!!!

We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back next summer! Condo was stocked well, clean , and comfortable.

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautiful!! The patio is more spacious than we thought, it was great. The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, the bed space fit our family of 4 teens and 2 parents just fine! The ac was cold, the walk to the beach was easy. As recommended by our host we hopped over to port Isabel to joes oyster bar… highly recommend, it was fresh and delicious. We also all loved the sea turtle conservatory (which is very close by), souvenir shops, touring the sand castle exhibit and Kics ice cream. It was a great birthday for myself. Thank you!! We will be back!

I really enjoyed our stay it had everything we needed the best part was the view from the balcony it was nice seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Loved our stay here. Everything and anything you think you might need is available. We brought our own chairs and beach toys only to see she had chairs and toys. Need to iron clothes she had an iron and ironing board. The view of the beach incredible.

The condo was in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was great! Owner had all beach supplies available. The condo was surface clean. We had a great stay!

Stayed 3 nights, the condo was nice. Weather was cold and foggy so we spent a lot of time away. But the condo was comfortable,had everything we needed and had a large balcony with a wonderful view.

Great location and nice accommodations. Great views of the ocean and sunrises. On negative side, the building fire alarms came on one day in the middle of the night. The oven would not work because of an error code. We pulled the oven away from the wall and pulled the plug to reset the error.

Mary Beth promptly resolved an issue that came up (that was beyond her control,) when we checked in. The condo was a great value and clean. We appreciated the sand toys, beach towels and chairs.

Best vacation ever and the unit was spectacular and provided everything we needed as well as spectacular views.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Mary was very responsive and very on the spot. We had one of our best vacations ever here.

Loved this condo! We had a great time with our kids and being right on the beach was perfect. Only downside was the elevators were in and out of service but definitely NOT the property owner’s fault. Overall, very happy with the visit. We plan on coming back!

Nice place water pressure is weak other than that great

Had an incredible view, and the condo itself was very nice. The parking garage wasn’t amazing and we had a few instances of elevator troubles (one elevator was down the whole time, another elevator had its panel torn off the wall, so we had to climb a few flights of stairs to access it).

This was a lovely place to stay. One problem was an elevator that was out of order. I am hoping they will fix this, as for a building this large, there should be two that work well, not just one. It would be nice to have more carts available for carrying things up and down. They were scarce.

The property was exactly as described, and the location and view were amazing! Easy beach access, and the beach near this condo was not as busy as other areas. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay on the island!

The condo itself was nice and posting was accurate. Mary communicated with us and we have everything we needed. The biggest issue was elevator problems all week. One was down the entire week and the other for short time which was a problem for my older in-laws having to walk to the 8th floor.

This condo was exactly how it is described. It cane with everything we needed for our family vacation. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would stay here again.

It's a good place for a small family to enjoy the beach and the local restaurants and stores.

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very well supplied. The umbrellas, beach chairs and chairs, a plus. Very clean and cool. We are definitely coming back again. Due to unforseen event we reduced from 4 days to 2 full days, still a very good relaxing time.

The condo was so roomy and comfortable. We were a group of 4, and we had more than enough room to sleep comfortably. It was very clean. The added bonus of beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated.
