Oh and a covered patio with 2 ceiling fans, Foosball Table and plenty of cushioned chairs. Inside you will find bedrooms with 10 to 12 built-in dresser drawers with sliding closet doors. TV's in each bedroom and 1 in the Livingroom. Mostly 9ft ceilings throughout. Tile and hardwood floors. Tiled bathrooms. Tall kitchen cabinets with a stunning backsplash and plenty of outlets. Central heat and cold air. So grab your coffee and pick a chair to relax in while you wait for everyone else to wake up.

Some houses might look overgrown, some houses look abandoned. This is not the property to book if you plan on walking to downtown locations. Uber and Lyft are very fast, inexpensive, and easy to use here if you’re planning to hit the downtown locations. It’s in the city, so please expect noise sometimes. This is NOT a luxurious neighborhood, but an up and coming neighborhood. We chose this area because it's super close to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions, central to everything else. I've stayed myself at this place and have felt comfortable and safe, but I understand that safety is relative and I can only share my experiences and feelings. br
