This does not preclude birthday, anniversary or other such celebrations. And this is a private 13-acre mini ranch located in a small valley that is part of an HOA community. Due to the unique acoustics of the valley, sound echoes quite easily. As a result, outdoor use of high-volume speakers or music is not allowed, even though the property itself offers great privacy. The echoes can disturb other residents in the valley. We sincerely apologize for this restriction. Music can still be enjoyed indoors without issue.brbr6. Pets are not allowed. This includes visitors. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine and additional cleaning fees.brbr7. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, illegal activity and bringing firearms on property is strictly prohibited.brbr8.Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or losses that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage prior to checkout.brbr9.Primary renter and their guests accept full responsibility for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, personal or property damages and waive liability and hold harmless property owner for any such events occurring inside or outside of the property, including the pool, hot tub and pool deck.brbr10. Please inform the host at least one day early if you want to use the heated spa! Because someone needs to be on the property and turn on the heater at least one hour in advance to heat up and get the right temperature.brbr13.
