The comfortable furnished deck is a great place to watch the sunrise or just read a book in the calm gulf breezes.brbrThe living area has seating for everyone and a large television. High speed internet will allow you to access your Netflix and other favorite streaming accounts. This is open to a large island with seating, and plenty of counter space. The well-appointed kitchen (including a regular drip coffee maker) will make entertaining your guests a breeze. You'll also enjoy having a washer and dryer on the premises.brbrWith over 1600 square feet, the home sleeps 14 comfortably. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a tub/shower bath. Bedroom three offers two sets of built-in full over queen bunk beds, and bedroom 4 has a full bed. Additional sleeping is available on the queen sized sleeper sofa. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs (digital antenna). brbrThe ground level patio area features an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. The house-wide half covered/half uncovered deck is comfortable for both sun worshipers and shade seekers, alike. From here, you can listen to the ocean and watch the waves. This beautiful home is the vacation destination for you, your family and your closest friends! It is centrally located in Crystal Beach just 1.1 miles from The Big Store. A 16' x 9' in-deck pool is upstairs, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You have a spectacular view of the beach from the large extended deck.brbrThe main living room located on the 1st floor has a 70 SmartTV and a super large, comfortable u-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen is just off the living room and is well-furnished with a large 9.5’' X 40 custom-built oak dining table that easily seats ten guests. There is another table behind the sectional that seats five more, and a granite island with bar stool seating for six. Large double refrigerators and a state of the art stove and microwave, in addition to well-stocked cabinets and pantry, make preparing and serving meals a breeze. For your convenience, you will find two sets of washer and dryers, one on each floor. This property also boasts a media room with two 70 TVs and two multi-level couches for lounging or gaming.
