Peace and Tranquility - 3 minute walk to beach! Ocean Views from deck!

My family had a great time at the property. They had just about everything you might need from kitchen items to plenty of towels and sheets. Great view of the beach from the porch and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful through out the stay. I look forward to coming back!

It was the perfect place to get away from hustle and bustle. The beach was wonderful!! If you wanted hustle and bustle its just a short ferry ride away. House was very comfortable and great location. Would book again.

Peace and Tranquility was everything my husband and I had hoped for a beach vacation. The house had everything we needed to cook as we only ate out once. The rooms were all neat and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the deck in the am drinking coffee was wonderful watching the waterviews. Beach access was perfect whether you drove, walked or used a golf cart. We will definetely be staying again.

Peace and Tranquility is what you truly get when you stay at this beach house. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the tub in the master bathroom is perfect after a day at the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach and you can see it from the deck and the dining room. One side of the property is remote and very beautiful and the drive in looks like you are heading no where! We actually saw a bobcat on the road into the housing area. I will definitely stay at this location again if I make it back. :) The only downside to me was that I love beachcombing and there are very few shells on this part of the beach. I just hopped in my car and drove a few miles away and found a great spot. The location and value are worth the little drive to go shelling.

We truly loved our stay here! The house felt incredibly homey and was very well stocked with just about everything you could need. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of cookware and utensils and the washer and dryer were ready to use, so there is really no need to worry if you forget something at home. They have you covered.The location is wonderful. It is just a few houses down from the beach, making it an easy and beautiful walk. The views in the morning were one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved spending time outside with our dog, enjoying the ocean breeze and peaceful start to the day. The ocean was visible from the property.The hosts were fantastic, very kind, responsive, and attentive to any questions we had. They clearly take great care to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which was a big factor in our decision to book. It was so nice not having to worry about rowdy vacationers or late-night disturbances.This home truly lives up to the name “Peace and Tranquility.” We are so grateful we found this place and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank y’all again for such a wonderful stay!

Yes, I had a couple questions and the hosts answered them. The place is very nice inside and equipped well for a group or large family. Comfortable? Absolutely.I wished I had brought a couple friends to enjoy it with me. However, my german shepherd, Lily - loves the beach! And that's wonderful.

The house was clean . The refrigerator was clean but the previous guest had left food items behind. The ac did smell musty. The owners were fantastic though the entire process. The porch was great and access to the beach was amazing. We loved our stay and will consider staying again on our annual beach trip.

We had so much fun. We will definitely be back!! Just in cooler weather season. The house is very close to the ocean. Coming from Kansas, I can say this is a great place for a vacation!!

There were 6 of us that enjoyed our visit. This was the third time to stay here. My grown children ages 55, 52,48 and 8 yr old granddaughter have requested the same place because it’s quiet and the beach is not so crowded. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The house itself is a great place to relax after the beach There are movies to select from. The kitchen is a large enough space to cook meals together. The beds are comfortable and we didn’t have to bring our linen. Washer and dryer is available to wash linens before leaving. There is a shower downstairs to wash the sand off as well as a water hose to keep things clean. The new grill was nice for cooking outdoors. We will use this place again when we come for a reunion or just to have a great family time together. .

Loved this cabin! It was more than enough space for me, my husband and our son. Did like that it was closer to the ferry side because we did take a day trip to Galveston during our visit. Check in was a breeze and communication response time with the owners was quick. Would definitely rent again.

Easy jaunt to the beach, house had every thing we needed. Owners were great at communicating and we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the access to the beach as well as Galveston and Crystal Beach. The accommodations are nice and the price is in line for what is offered. Kitchen and master suite is very nice. Kathy answered me fairly quickly every time I text her.

This house was perfect! It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the beach! We had the best time! The two bedrooms worked great for our family of four. It’s a split floor plan and both bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Kitchen was a great size, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again! Loved the deck. Very relaxing to sit outside, have coffee, and listen to the ocean sounds!

The property owner is awesome. Communication was spot on. The property was a great location. The outside shower doesn’t work but we used the water hose to rinse sand off before we went upstairs. We will definitely use this spot again.

The house was beautiful, was exactly what we where looking for. It was extremly stocked with all kinds of goods. Highly highly recommended by the Flemings !

Great location and the house was very nice and clean. Very quiet area and love having a view of the water, in several spots between cabins. Also loved having the marsh area on one side with no cabins. We will definitely be back next summer.
