Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this rental and it has worked out great due to it's size and location. Overall it is a great house, although it could use some maintenance which it seems they may be in the process of doing. Many of the door handles were loose and one handle was completely off (my husband is handy and brought his multi-tool and managed to fix them). The layout, number of rooms and bathrooms work great for us but I do wish there was a way to go from the downstairs directly to the upstairs deck, instead of entering through the house. The house could also benefit from an outdoor shower. The hot tub on the second level deck was a surprise and a nice addition. The patio looked to also be in the process of getting painted, as there was tape and paper left around much of the railing upstairs and down. Overall it is a great house, missing a few things we would like but perfect for a large group with multiple couples.

We stayed in this home 2 years ago. We love it location quality and capabilty to hold crawded groups.. only thing is home needs maintenence as expected.. just need more attention and keep the stuff working around when the time passes..

Overall great stay and was a good fit for our friends and family. My only “negative” feedback is checking in/out could be done remotely vs driving to an office. With today’s technology that’s just absurd. Wonderful house and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Electricity went out and I texted them to check on it. They texted back immediately.

The kitchen was well equipped and the lift was very helpful. The pool was clean . One downside is the stairs are steep.

Our group of 14 adults and 12 children (16-3yrs) had more than enough room even with entire bunch in the kitchen/living area! Lift was a lifesaver for huge ice chest full of food, cases of drinks/water and multiple suitcases! Pool was amazing for the kids and beach front location was amazing! Everything was clean and fresh! Well worth the cost! Our stay was short but everyone was super happy!

Unfortunately, upon our arrival it appeared it was not cleaned. 2 bathrooms had sand and hair in tubs, toothpaste in sink in one. Microwave not cleaned. Floors dirty. Food, toys, trash found in between cushions and under media room sofa. We called and reported these things after check in. We cleaned a lot on our own. They sent a cleaner to clean bathrooms the next morning. She was very apologetic but not ideal to have someone cleaning early the first morning of our vacation. Swedes office did nothing more even after we mentioned considering refunding part of cleaning fee at checkout. Several door handles broken and they sent a maintenance guy same day.
