Saltwater Gospel - 9/7 with Private Pool

We stayed in this home 2 years ago. We love it location quality and capabilty to hold crawded groups.. only thing is home needs maintenence as expected.. just need more attention and keep the stuff working around when the time passes..

Overall great stay and was a good fit for our friends and family. My only “negative” feedback is checking in/out could be done remotely vs driving to an office. With today’s technology that’s just absurd. Wonderful house and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Electricity went out and I texted them to check on it. They texted back immediately.

The kitchen was well equipped and the lift was very helpful. The pool was clean . One downside is the stairs are steep.

Our group of 14 adults and 12 children (16-3yrs) had more than enough room even with entire bunch in the kitchen/living area! Lift was a lifesaver for huge ice chest full of food, cases of drinks/water and multiple suitcases! Pool was amazing for the kids and beach front location was amazing! Everything was clean and fresh! Well worth the cost! Our stay was short but everyone was super happy!

Unfortunately, upon our arrival it appeared it was not cleaned. 2 bathrooms had sand and hair in tubs, toothpaste in sink in one. Microwave not cleaned. Floors dirty. Food, toys, trash found in between cushions and under media room sofa. We called and reported these things after check in. We cleaned a lot on our own. They sent a cleaner to clean bathrooms the next morning. She was very apologetic but not ideal to have someone cleaning early the first morning of our vacation. Swedes office did nothing more even after we mentioned considering refunding part of cleaning fee at checkout. Several door handles broken and they sent a maintenance guy same day.

Plenty of room to spread out and enough room for everyone. Close to beach and activities in the area. Bedspreads and mattress pads need to be washed. Under furniture and cushions need to be vacuumed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice , new rental that accommodates a crowd.There were 20 in our group, 7 of them children. Although it says it sleeps 33, that could be crowded. It could have used a half bath on the first floor, as guests have to use a bathroom that belongs to one of the bedrooms.The only negative was that the linens are bagged ( they said due to Covid in Oct 2023) and you have to make all your own beds. For the rental fee, I would have expected my beds to be made. However, I would rent this house again.
