Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house was exactly as described—beautiful, spacious, and just steps away from the beach. The large deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunrise each morning. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together. The host was responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. We loved it so much that we hope to make it an annual fall trip!A tip for future guests: we highly recommend renting a golf cart—it makes getting around a breeze and is a fun way to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and great location.

A group of us went to the beach for a short get away and this home was beautiful clean accommodating and right next to the beach entrance!!

The property was as advertised. It was clean, Well kept. And located on the beach!

This is an ABSOLUTELY beautiful home with lots and lots of space that sleeps 12 adults very comfortably. The beach view is fabulous from both the deck and from the inside through the big windows across the front. The kitchen also has a giant refrigerator/freezer which was very nice considering our large crowd. There was also a very large pantry so we didn't have to use counter space to store the food we brought. It is literally just a few steps from the beach and also has very close drive on access. We only had one issue with a door lock during our stay and someone came out immediately after we reported it. The only thing I did not give 5 stars was accuracy of online listing. Here is what I think is a little more clear description of the bedrooms and baths. Listing says 4 BR and 5/4.5 baths. A more accurate description is 2 King rooms with baths upstairs. The master with the balcony has a walk in shower with a very large walk in closet/dressing area complete with automatic lighting. The other King room has a tub/shower bath. The 2 queen rooms downstairs have a jack and jill that share a large walk in shower but each room has it's own private toilet and sink. There is a half bath off the living area and an outside shower downstairs. The pictures show chairs on the balcony off the upstairs master but there was no deck furniture there. Great view but if you want to sit while viewing you'll need to bring a fold out chair up there. Also the listing states limited parking with no parking on grass or blocking the road,but 2 days before arrival I was notified of only 4 vehicles allowed on the driveway. As we had 11 family members traveling from 3 different states this could have been a problem.But I was easily able to work this out with a phone call to Boliver Escapes. However, you might want to clarify the parking rules at the time of rental. This is definitley a 5 star property and Boliver Escapes was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any concern we had.

House as advertised - comfortably handled the 8 of us - great beach access, both walking and riding - nice deck area - great view of the nightly parade of vehicles up and down the beach. An upgrade in the grilling capability would be nice - the little charcoal (barrel) grill leaves a bit to be desired - but ...!!! All in all a very pleasant experience!!

We had plenty of space. Great entertainment deck. Incredible views and overall wonderful experience.
