The location is well known for its easy access to 11th St, Ave G, the beach and restaurants, dining, shopping, and entertaining. Parking underneath with 3-4 small to regular-size vehicles. Larger/longer vehicles may not be able to fit 4. The entrance leads you upstairs to the main floor with a full kitchen, well stocked for meal prepping, cooking, serving, and dining, with 4 bar stools, a dining table, and chairs/bench.brbrThe kitchen and living spaces are open-concept with a flat-screen TV and oversized sectional sofa. This is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There is a washer and dryer closet on this main floor as well.brbrThis main floor also has the master bedroom with a King Bed, flat screen TV, closet, and private bathroom. Upstairs leads to a common area with a daybed, chair, and TV. This upper floor also has 2 bedrooms: A queen with a private bathroom and a bunk room with twin/full/twin.
