There's even security on-site during summer months and holiday events. Right off of 11th street, in the golf cart zone, the Island Retreat complex is close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many Port Aransas, TX activities!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
- Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction.
- Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Parking passes required. 2 parking passes provided per condo.
- There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex.
- Boat parking is allowed in designated areas.
- Golf cart parking is allowed in designated area (you must purchase a separate pass).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The balcony was perfect! We sat out there to drink our coffee and watch the sun come up and sat out there with a glass of wine as the sun set. Even got a glance of local wildlife.

    The blue bubble theme was calming and perfect for a beachfront condo. I enjoyed my stay and would book this property in the future. The only thing that would increase the appeal would be an earlier check-in (3:00 PM) and a later check out (11:00 AM).

    We were heading to bed, so the lights went off. TV and iPads were still on. Lots to bugs started flying towards the lights on the TV & IPads. There had to be more than 20. The only thing we got offered was bug spray. Didn’t sleep very well, because you kept thinking bugs were in you. I took pictures of the window seal and under the TV from where my husband killed them.

    Room was cute and well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchenware, fridge was great. Only major downside was total lack of water pressure in the shower and difficulty getting the water temp right/-scalding hot or cold! The boardwalk to the beach was good, only a couple of steps to navigate. View from balcony of the ocean was super. Pool was clean and nice. We were on the second floor and climbing the stairs was not fun. Wish we had known about the lack of an elevator as carrying our bags up stairs wa not fun. The outside showers were not turned in yet so there was no way to rinse off from the beach aside from jumping in the pool. But couldn’t rinse off shoes or beach stuff. Also the family above us was SUPER loud with running, stomping/walking loudly, screeching kids and a lot of shoving furniture noises! Over all we had fun but probably wouldn’t stay again, mostly because of the water issue and lack of elevators.

    We were delighted to have such close proximity to the Gulf; the views and the sounds were wonderful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on our balcony. The condo was a good base for our explorations in the area, including some great bird-watching. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. We would definitely recommend it to others.

    First of all we love this whole complex because of the views. The Bubbly Brew, was great in most ways, we found the lighting to be incredibly harsh and we used some of my shirts to create softer lighting, there was also an issue with the drawers in the kitchen , it seems the door jam is a little off and those drawers don’t actually open without some ingenuity.However we loved the balcony furniture and the view was fabulous. We will return again.

    Small break with my family. This was my family first time together staying in the coast. We had a small budget, and this lovely place made possible. The room isn't the newest , but was cleaned, well decorate( very cute!), the kitchenette was perfect, well stock( with coffee, sugar varieties, pans, cups, ice tray....) But the best part was the view, amazing! Also super easy access to the beach(in a beautiful path). Also pool was super nice( not heated), my husband and daughter enjoyed their time on the pool.

    It was very clean, with plentiful amenities, and the property is gorgeous..perfect for families with little children. Short walk to the beach, over the dunes on a boardwalk. Perfect..will definitely recommend and rent again. ??

    The stay here was incredible. The room had plenty of space for myself and everything I needed to be able to enjoy my stay comfortably. I did slice my finger on a glass while cleaning it but the team was responsive and made sure I was okay. The view was also incredible and I will be staying back here again!
