A terrific place to unwind after a day at the beach or your home away from home. brbrWe love that the condo is a short walk to the beach, it makes bathroom and lunch breaks easy for a day on the beach. Worn out after spending the day at the beach, the condo is right by the playground and recreation area making activities convenient for your family. brbrThe kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking and eating essentials. We definitely have your morning coffee covered - whether you're a drip coffee or Keurig user, just pack your favorite flavor of coffee. The blender is dandy for evening margaritas or smoothies! Cleaning up is easy with the dishwasher and cleaning supplies under the sink. brbr Enjoying your meals at the dining or picnic table is a fabulous place to spend time with family over a bite to eat. With no balcony it makes the living room even larger. It’s a grand place for your family time, board games, cards, and puzzles are provided. Kicking back with a movie on your favorite subscription services feels like home with the large smart TV. brbr Relaxing in bed is first-rate with smart TV's in both bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has one queen bed that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom on the left has two queen beds that overlook the playground and rec area with a great view of the sunset. Need to charge your phone, plug in a CPAP machine No problem, both bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB and outlets built in with plenty of shelving to put everything. We even have a few books for late night or beach reading.brbr In the hall is the first bathroom with a shower/tub. The en suite bathroom is in the second bedroom with a step-in shower. Both bathrooms will have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a black microfiber cloth for makeup removal. There is only one hairdryer in the unit. brbrAt home or the beach, laundry never goes away. We have an onsite laundry room located at the end of building A. Only $3.00 a load, and we do have quarters in the office. Day or night the laundry room is always open. Please shake out the sand or lose change stuck in those pockets!brbr The beach towels provided are also great to use at the large pool down the stairs and to the right of the building. Rinse off at the surfboard shower and relax by the pool in loungers or seating areas. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi at the pool. You can bring music, just keep it family friendly. We love that the pool is large and has a true deep end. Don't forget to do a cannonball!brbr There is a lot to do on the property, including volleyball, basketball, pickleball, large playground, and corn hole. The storage space to the right of the office has all the sports equipment needed to be borrowed and returned. Not enough beach toys and boogie boards in your condo If you need more you can borrow some from the office; just don't forget to return them. We also have several park style BBQ grills and picnic tables across the property, so don't forget your charcoal!brbr Our beach walk is between buildings D & E. It has an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse off those beach toys and sandy shoes. The beach walk is about a football field length to the beach at marker #3. It’s sidewalk most of the way and turns into a blue mat over the dunes making it easy to pull a wagon or cooler. The walk is pedestrian traffic only, no golf carts. It's even lighted at night.brbr There is plenty of parking on the property. You have 1 assigned space and there is overflow parking for additional vehicles. Yes, we are in the golf cart district, and you can park the carts in the golf cart spots or in your assigned space. We even have parking for your trailer or boat in the overflow parking. The boat parking section has electricity for charging batteries and water to rinse off your boat.brbr We take care of our fishermen and women with our fish cleaning station by the overflow parking. The fish station has water, lights, and electricity so late-night cleaning, and electric knives are perfect. brbr Often on our Texas beaches tar comes ashore. This can be very messy and hard to clean. Please feel free to use the rags under the sink and rubbing alcohol to make cleaning up easier.brbr When you are ready to venture off the property anywhere in Port A is a easy walk, golf cart ride or drive from your condo. brbr1/2 mile from the condo is the fishing pier, golf cart beach access, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, boutiques, souvenir shops, surf shops, and several bars.
