    The furniture was very uncomfortable in living room and bedrooms. The master bed was a queen, on a king frame, and had full sized contour sheets, so at leadt 8 of frame extended around bed , and was horribly to try and get in bed. The mattress had a huge ridge down center..very used past its prime!Port A Escapes made everthing very complicated, lost our photo IDs and we couldn't get in until we stopped along the way and redid them! And the furnace set off smoke alarm immediately after it was turned on. Filled the unit with smoke. Battery flashed LOW battery on thermostat from day one, and AC shut off every night so we woke up to 84* every morning. We've stayed at Sea Isle Village about 15 years, and love manager Tammie, but Port A Escapes was very hard to deal with, Will NOT again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. 2 big bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen had all the essentials. The master bedroom stayed a bit warmer than the rest of the unit. I'm not sure why but as soon as you walked onto the back patio the mosquitoes were attacking. So we didn't spend any time out there. The pool and playscape were amazing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. The sofa sleeper I would recommend to buy a better mattress. You could feel all the springs. The only down side was the upstairs neighbor in unit 30 keep throwing their cigarettes down from back balcony which fell in one of our friends hair. Then after saying something to them they were slamming, dragging and banging all night. I had the police called . It’s people like that who make for a horrible stay. We come and stay about 10-12 times a year and never have had any issues with other renters.

Not having a mattress that could support a person on the sofa sleeper, left one of our guest without a bed. A mattress topper alone does not provide support over the bars of the sofa sleeper frame. A nice nights sleep is a crucial part of a relaxing beach vacation.The pool was nice and spacious. The location and short walk to the beach was about as good as you can get in Port A.
