Great location.

House was perfect for our group...thats why we chose it!Unfortunately the boardwalk was down which pushed us to get a golf cart. Construction on both sides of the house with lots of people so being outside on patios werent in the cards either.Host was attentive but not much they can do but we should have been told boardwalk was down since that is a big draw to the property.They did a great job locating some items left behind and got them sent to us so appreciate that!!

Our first house unfortunately had a water leak from the roof due to a storm from the previous night. The property management company called me and informed me of the issue. They immediately found me another house in the same neighborhood that they managed and were able to get me into it immediately. My family and I were very pleased with the house and with the property management company. I would recommend using them to anyone looking to stay in Port Aransas. We will definitely be using them in all our future stays down there.

the house was perfect, with beds and baths for all the parties. Kitchen had all the right pots and pans, the grill was clean and they even had beach toys!

We loved it. We had 6 people: 4 adults, teenager and child. It was perfect as far as bedrooms. Lots of beach toys too. We didn’t cook there. The microwave door didn’t close, but that was the only thing I saw that needed fixing. So convenient to the beach too.

Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.

The home was clean and welcoming. Love the lack of too many chores to close out. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our pets were easy to take care of in the rental. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Communication was top notch.

We had a great time staying here and love that we were able to bring our pups with us! The upstairs bed was wonderful and firm, which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. I do recommend bringing coffee filters (8-10 cup basket style) and coffee if you drink it regularly.

The small beach view from the upper floor is okay; otherwise, it’s looking at the dunes from the balcony. But don’t rely on the very long boardwalk with many stairs to the beach if you want to carry anything. Get a golf cart or drive your car to the beach via the access road just outside the neighborhood. Port A Escapes was very responsive when needed to solve a minor issue.

This place is in a great location with a boardwalk to the beach! It actually has two master suites one of which is upstairs by itself. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything and plenty of parking. You also have access to beach toys and boards and a grill. My family was very happy with it! I’d rent it again!

My daughter and I had an amazing week in your home. Everything was just as described. So quiet and comfortable. Will be staying again. 5 ⭐️

This was the perfect place for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to the beach. The house is very well kept and the management company was very pleasant to work with.
