And we've added a nice above-ground swimming pool in the backyard, but PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in and accessible to this property AND two other rental units next door. We have room to unhitch your boat or trailer or you can back it in on the right side of the building, where you enter the back patio and building. The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups.brbrThe Queen bedroom area can be closed off for privacy from kitchen and living area by drawing the curtains that are ceiling to floor closed. The sofa bed is located to left of kitchen area near pool table; it is a bit of a tight fit, but totally functional. The living room sofa has been reported as not the best for sleeping, so should you have an additional guest or two, you may consider requesting a queen air mattress prior to check-in. brbrThere are smart TVs in all rooms.
