Spacious 5BR near Lake Conroe

Host very responsive to emails. Excellent book of information. Every ammenity we needed. Because we had a large group we did run out of TP, paper towels, laundry soap, & dishwasher soap. But happy to make up difference. Beautifully decorated. Xtra blankets would have been nice with the cold snap!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

This is our second year we have stayed here for family Thanksgiving and attending Texas Renaissance. It is the best place i have found that accommodates all family members. Hope to make it our tradition stay every Thanksgiving.

We were in town for a wedding. This is a very family friendly home. Excellent stocked kitchen. There are four bedrooms upstairs one of which is a master with an on suite. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Property is lake adjacent Great access to shopping and restaurants.

we met troy he is very nice he even carried our luggage up stairs. we came for my grandaughters wedding in conroe. this worked out very nice

There was plenty of parking on site and lots of room for everyone.

The house and area were excellent. The house was clean and very spacious. Some supplies were low like dishwasher pellets, minor issue. My family like love the stay and asked to be booked again.

Awesome stay! Was in town for my daughters wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful, had every amenity I could want and a few that I would not have thought of like mosquito spray! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will use again if I need somewhere to stay in the area.

The size was great, we loved getting away from the hustle and bustle. The price was excellent. We loved the bidets! The downstairs bathroom had a great size and the shower was lovely. That said we had a few issues. 1) the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door latch at all. You just push it open or closed. 2) the light switch for the downstairs bedroom is in the living room. 3) the only switch for the main bedroom controls both the ceiling fan and an LED recessed light. You can’t turn the fan on without the light also being on. To rectify this, Troy got an oscillating fan (Thanks!!!) but it isn’t nearly as effective as a ceiling fan. 4) we couldn’t turn the AC down below 68 (it was locked) and only for like an hour at a time. We were all hot the entire weekend. 5) the upstairs shower only had hot water for the first shower of the weekend. 6) there was noticeable water damage in the living room above the front door 7) there were worms coming out of the upstairs shower drain. We have a video of them. It was disgusting. 8) There was an awful smell emanating from the laundry room and the kitchen sink. We had to close the laundry room door (not an issue) and keep the the sink filled with water to not smell it.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable home. The house was clean and check-in was seamless. We had 9 adults in town for a wedding, and there was plenty of room. Having two master suites was a plus, especially having one downstairs for my parents who don’t do stairs well. Would happily stay again.
