Bring everyone together in one home at Blue Walden, Lake Conroe. This spacious home offers comfort for extended families and lifelong friends to reconnect while enjoying the lake life. This home has an expansive living space with seating for the whole family in the living room. The kitchen, dining, and wet bar are all open to the main space and make entertaining easy. Views of the lake and pool deck are a beautiful back drop for the entire main living space. Enjoy refreshments in the screenedin porch that overlooks the pool deck and lake, or head out to the pool to get cooled off. For the chilly evenings, we offer a 6-person hot tub on the pool deck.

With a covered dock in a quiet cove, bring your boat or rent one from many local marinas. Fishing is amazing right off the dock in one of the deepest natural coves on the lake. Enjoy swimming and floating in the calm waters with easy water access or explore with one of the 2 kayaks or paddle boat provided with life jackets.

We provide any amenity you would need to enjoy a full vacation at the lake. We have a Weber Genesis II grill with gas provided, a charcoal grill, lounge chairs and umbrella, children's bikes, 6 adult bicycles, water floats, a one-person kayak, a three-person kayak, paddle boat and more. Please inquire with any specific questions regarding amenities.

Blue Walden is situated in the quaint golf community of Walden on Lake Conroe. In addition to golfing, the community has tennis courts, a community pool and parks. There is abundant wildlife, including our resident deer that live right across the street. The community features several restaurants right on lake, or you can venture out to any of the local spots in Montgomery just a few minutes away. Margaritaville offers many more restaurant options, and access to their water park can be purchased as well - 3 minute drive or pull up your boat! We provide bikes if you would like to explore the community that way as well.

All 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms, which makes it enjoyable for guests with multiple families who are sharing a vacation. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with sliding door access to the pool deck, a whirlpool tub, and a walk-in closet.

The large bunk room is perfect for younger guests who want to spend time together with 3 sets of twin bunk beds, including a trundle bed in each - sleeps 9 young guests. This room also has a private bathroom and loveseat.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and beautiful lake views. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has a king bed, and bedroom 4 has 2 double beds.

When we moved to Texas 2 years ago, we have struggled to find hotels or rental properties that would allow us to reconnect with friends and family that we left behind. It is our sincere goal to provide travel accommodations to large families and groups of friends who aren't able to connect daily, but that truly want to make memories together. We had five families/couples total for a long 4th of July weekend. Everyone was so happy and impressed with the property. One of the biggest standouts is the fact that each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The back patio is screened in facing the lake with a nice pool. The owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would love to go back!

We had a wonderful time, because the property was exactly as advertised! The house/bedroom setup was perfect for our group, with the ‘kids’ room matching our needs. The pool was clean and comfortable, the grill was good size and the extra tank was nice to have handy, and all the listed accessories were available and in good shape. The boat stall was perfect for my 24’ bay boat WITH Bimini top on and the fishing was good as well. The location on the lake is convenient, as are the stores nearby in Walden! Last, the host is very responsive and friendly. If this house matches your needs and looks good to you, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy your stay at this great house!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family. Family and friends really enjoyed that every bedroom had an en suit bathroom. The pool towels provided were an added bonus too. We also enjoyed the bikes and basketball goal. The home is very family friendly and spacious. We brought our own boat and tied up to the dock with no problems. We would stay here again.

We had a blast for our Labor Day family vacation. The house is so big and roomy. The rooms are large and the beds, so many of them, are comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and lake toys. Great view of the lake!

I was looking for something semi-local that would be able to host all of us. I really wanted lakefront with a pool. This was the perfect house for our family. We had 4 generations present and the house was able to accommodate all of our needs and wishes! The house is super clean, spacious, and you can't beat the location, pool, and view. I wish we could've made it work to have an extra day together. Tanya was easy to communicate with and was very gracious. We will be back, maybe even this Summer, if we can make it happen with our schedules.

A really great set up. 5 bedrooms and each had its own bathroom which is big plus when multiple families get together. Plenty of room. 6 adults and 6 children 5-11. The pool was great. Deer showed up every evening which was hit with the little ones. Would not hesitate to recommend it
