Lakefront Home w/Pool and Spa on quite/protected cove on Lake Conroe

Overall it was great. The carpet in the den and master could be replaced.

Beautiful and peaceful home. Plenty of room for everyone - we had 8 adults. The 2 king size bedrms are downstairs and the queen and 4 twins are upstairs. The pull out couch is kind of away from the rest, right by the front door. We didn't use that room. The kitchen was well stocked but still had a big empty pantry with plenty of room for our food we brought. Nice big utility room with an extra frig and room for storing coolers, etc. The pool was beautiful - we used that mostly - only went into the lake water a couple times. Lots of seating on large covered porch. The house is not on the main lake so it is quiet and calm. Many shops and restaurants just over 10 min away. We had room for 7 cars on the driveway - could have fit an 8th. The garage is not available for parking, just storage. Also it is not attached to the interior of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we'll probably be back

Very nice home with great outdoor space and a wonderful pool. Well appointed kitchen, enjoyed having 2 fridges and the outdoor grill since we cooked at home. Very comfortable furniture inside. Could have used more bath towels and a little maintenance. Many lights on property needed bulbs to be replaced, and one lower cabinet door was not attached. But nothing major and our family had a great time.

This house was exactly as shown. We had plenty of room for four teenagers and two adults. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice to prepare meals in. The location is wonderful since it is on a little inlet and was a no wake zone. It was so calm in that area we only saw two boats and one jet ski go by during the 4 days were there. It was perfect for us to SUP and kayak. The pool was awesome, we pretty much spent all our time in the pool if we weren't in the lake. If you're wanting to have access to the main lake for boats etc it is so close you can see it from the dock so it's the best of both worlds. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores in the area so the location was a win. If you want to rent SUPs or kayaks definitely use TZ Paddleboard and Kayak Rentals, great guy to deal with and he delivers.

Property was very nice. Clear instructions for amenities. Clean and well stocked. Excellent location with easy access to local areas and Houston.

Great house and pool

The only problem we had was that the boat lift didn't work. I understand it was flooded in May and that shorted out the electronics. I think there should be more communication to let the visitors know this is a problem. We did bring our boat and were able to tie it off with bumpers but if there was any kind of a storm we would have had to bring in in each time. I think there needs to be more communication with the tenants before they check in so they know of the issue. Other than that the place was great. We have stayed there at least 4 times in the past.
