The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a shared bathroom in the hallway with private entrance from the bedroom as well. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully remodeled. You will love the tiled showers and modern design. The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Spacious and open with plenty of countertop space a large, attached island and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you. The backyard is fully fenced with patio seating available to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. **Due to the massive issue we`ve had with people throwing house parties in our homes in Lubbock you will be fined an additional $500 plus any damages if it is discovered this has happened. ** All areas of the house are available to guests including the single car garage. My interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay I live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. Emily is always available by text or phone call. She prides herself on her quick responses. This well appointed three bedroom, two bathroom home has everything you need for your visit to Lubbock. The primary bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, and private bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and spacious closet. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed and closet. The two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, cook in the spacious kitchen, or grill out in the driveway. If you are so inclined, feel free to do your laundry in the large laundry room. No matter if it is the Texas heat, a random desert rain storm, or a winter snow, your cars will be protected from the elements in the two car garage available during your stay. Check yourself in and out using our front door keypad lock. Prior to check in, please provide us with a four digit code of your choosing (make sure it is easy to remember!). On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00. You can come and go as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (with the exception of several locked closets/cabinets for our cleaning team). I will do my best to answer all messages in a timely fashion. This home has been carefully thought out for guests with an open concept living area and plenty of storage and cabinetry for both short and long-term stays. Speaking of long-term stays should you have the need for a stay over 2 weeks, reach out to us before booking so that we can better accommodate you. brbrThis home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with spacious closets in every room. The first two bedrooms have new queen-size beds, and the master has a king size bed with an en-suite bath. We provide fresh linens and plush pillows on each bed. There are additional blankets for those that sleep on the cool side. Each bedroom has two nightstands and hangers in the closet for clothes as well. brbrBoth bathrooms have a tub/shower combo supplied by a 50-gallon water heater so that there will be plenty of hot water for each guest. Both bathrooms have wall mounted shower dispensers with plenty of Shampoo and Body Wash.
