It has 2 twin xl bunk beds.br- This bedroom has 2 doors, so you can go through this room and enter a hallway that leads to the guest bathroom, 2 other bedrooms and back into the living and dining area.br- The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.br- Bedroom 2 & 3 both have queen beds and Smart Roku TVs.br- Bedroom #2 has an exterior door that leads to the backyard and Bedroom #3 has a walkthrough door that leads back to the kitchen hallway.br- Connecting the Kitchen and Bedroom #3, is the hallway that also leads to another exterior backyard door and winds to the left where you'll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #4) br- The master bedroom is quite spacious. There is a queen bed, a twin xl bunk bed, a sleeper sofa and dedicated work space- with plenty of room to spare! It also features a smart TV and a generously sized closet.br- The master bedroom also has a bathroom attached which includes a shower.br br- The backyard has many features to it.br- First, directly out the backdoor is an outdoor fireplace and small seating area. br- Further in the backyard, on a small deck is a patio table with seating for 6. We've included a string of patio lights to help set the mood in the evenings for relaxation.br- There is a gate in the backyard here that leads to the 2-vehicle carport.br- Walking across the carport you'll find another backyard. This area is fenced and perfect for your furry friends and is also partitioned with another fence and gate if you want to separate pets from one another.brbrPLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.brbrPARKING: Parking directly in front of the house is not allowed, as it is a no-parking zone with limited space. If you'd like to park in front, you will need to park across the street. However, there is ample street parking along the side of the house since it is a corner lot. Additionally, guests have access to a covered two-car carport located on the side of the house for convenient parking.brbrLOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.brbrDEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured.brYour departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.brbrOTHER EXTERIOR DOORS: There is no keys provided for the other exterior doors, but you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving.brbrTV: The living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms feature a smart TV. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.brbrSMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.brbrPETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal.brbrEVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people). Any more than that is considered a party. No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people) and if the cleaners come to a trashed place. Parties will incur a $650 fee. Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.brbrCLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout.
