The owner of this house does have his own locked room off the kitchen, but he will never be in town or in the home at any point during your stay.brbrThis home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath with nice sized closets in every room. The first two bedrooms have brand-new queen-size beds, and the third bedroom has both a twin and full-sized bed. There are cooling memory foam mattresses, super soft microfiber sheets, and hotel collection pillows on each bed. There are additional blankets for those that may need them and the AC at this house will keep you nice and cool. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, two nightstands, and hangers in the closet. brbrThe bathroom has a tub/shower combo supplied by a 50-gallon water heater so that there will be plenty of hot water for each guest. The double vanity ensures plenty of space. The tub has a wall mounted shower dispenser with shampoo and body wash. There are plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay. brbrIn the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to prepare yourself a home cooked meal or enjoy your favorite takeout. We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay. We are also less than 10 minutes by car or bicycle from the United Supermarkets Arena (graduations, concerts, basketball and other events). Several major athletic events are less than 2.5 miles away (Texas Tech football, soccer, baseball, softball, etc.), and it's a quick trip to any shopping you may find. The Lubbock area is also home to several award winning wineries and world class restaurants.brbrThis beautifully landscaped property surrounded by large trees can sleep 11 adults comfortably and has parking for at least 5 vehicles. Sip coffee on the front porch or relax on the private patio. This place is perfect for your next visit to Lubbock.brbrAs you walk in, you enter the large living area with hardwood floors. This room has a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 adults.
