This place is the perfect spot for a little getaway or family gathering, enjoy the pool and spa.

Hot tub was great! And outdoor patio/pool area was nice!

House was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Back Patio was not clean like in the pictures (lots of dirt). There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker when I went to use it the 1st time.

Pool and hot tub and house were very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable house in an easily accessible area of Lubbock! Very nice that we could keep our car in the garage at night, as most Vrbo’s don’t offer that feature.

The hot tub was wonderful on a cold night. The home was spacious with very comfortable beds. We loved the large kitchen table for game nights. The only negative was we were unable to get the fireplaces lit.

Location, right next to a lot of good food and easy to get to the highway

We were there for my son’s graduation and the house was perfect for the small graduation celebration we had. My son and his friends loved the theater seating in the living room!

This was our second time staying here!!! We love this place. It’s clean, comfortable, relaxing, and so much more! The host is amazing and on top of everything!! If I had one suggestion it would be to have more kitchen items. For example: mixing bowls, hand mixer, potato masher, dish towels, and dish cloths. This is the only house we will be staying when we go to visit our daughter!!! Thank you for having us once again!

Home was very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware/dishes, the hot tub was so nice to come home to after a long day visiting with daughter at Tech. Great location too! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back upon our next visit to Lubbock!

We rented the house for three couples and two couples had to back out so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was very nice and we would rent again.

Really neat and organized house

We had a ladies staycation here and loved the pool and hotub! The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of seating. The pool is deep, perfect for diving in! We also thoroughly enjoyed the quadruple reclining chairs in the living room. It was perfect for hanging out and chatting in comfort.

Host quickly responds, house was very clean and the couch is so comfortable! The pool and hot tub had crystal clear water. It was a wonderful weekend stay and hope to make it back to Lubbock to stay here again.

This is an extremely nice house for the price and it had everything we needed plus some including a bottle of wine to begin the stay. I think this would be a perfect place to spend a game day weekend.

It was great and relaxing. The pool are and jacuuzi was perfect and the pit. Just make sure to take some off or tiki torchs. Them skeeters were bad. We enjoyed it very much. The rain got us for satirday. I give this place a 10.

The outdoor space was amazing, and Joel was great to work with. The inside of the house was a little dirty with the bathrooms/showers not thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. There was also trash from the last guests, but all minor things. We really enjoyed the pool as it is very deep and gets a good mix of sun and shade. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in Lubbock. It was close friends and family! The pool was a tad cold… but it is May in Lubbock.. the hottub was great! Overall would definitely do it again!

Loved our stay at this property. Had a few family members in town for graduation and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Living area was also large and accommodating. Kitchen is a little outdated but we loved our time outside! Host is very responsive!

We had a quick stay for a graduation. The property is pretty, it’s peaceful and spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy Perfectly located near pretty much everything we needed, making it easy to explore. The host was welcoming and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful and hassle free stay. If we make it back into town in the future I will certainly seek out this property first.

Great place, the only bad thing was no instruction book left. Couldn’t figure out the outside lighting. Didn’t know how much to clean when we left or what to do with the trash. I would stay there again

We were staying in town for a basketball tournament. This was the perfect house. We had several of our daughter’s teammates traveling with us. Great outdoor space for them to hang out. Was very clean and spacious.

The house was so cute and clean! We sadly didn’t get to use the hot tub (it was too cold outside) but we were so comfy inside just playing games and hanging out. Joel was a great host with quick response to any questions! Will definitely stay again!

This place was really amazing! First of all, all of the comforts you could ever hope for, including theater chairs that we loved lounging in. This place has a beautiful pool, a hot tub, and a wonderful floor plan that accommodates everyone with full privacy. You park your car securely in the garage and you’re “home.” This is an amazing house in a perfect location. We go to Lubbock quite a bit because we have two sons going to school there, and we are so happy to have found this gem. I highly recommend this place and the host is amazing.
