The next steps down the hall is the large bathroom with an updated combined tub & shower. After the bathroom is the laundry room and kitchen. The kitchen is a cooks dream with full size stainless appliances and all the cookware, dishes, stemware and utensils provided. There is a nice dining table with chairs for 6. The soaring ceiling in the den also features bright windows above the patio door and window. Up the modern stair case to the loft which is open to below. Here you will find a den/gameroom with a TV, foosball and air hocky games! There is a sleeper sofa there. Next to the den/gameroom is the second bedroom featuring another king bed. This bedroom is open to the game room and the hall below. brLinens and towels are provided. brbrYou will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.brbrThis condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Huge deck and gas barbecue pit. Full kitchen amenities with a huge social bar and extra large dining table. Beach is 2 blocks away with a private parking lot for the Sea Isle neighborhood only. Kids park and full court basketball, tennis court, and neighborhood pool(open Memorial Day-Labor Day) are all located within 2 blocks. Yes you can hear the beach! I manage this house myself. CHECK OUR REVIEWS! Always updating little and big things because we listen to our tenants. We only accept small groups that will be staying at the house with rare exception. Absolutely no open invitation parties or more than the agreed upon paid inhabitants will be allowed without permission.
