This is also facing west so you will have beautiful sunset views! There are smart TVs in two of the rooms AND ACCESS TO THE PELOTON APP. There's even a tunnel from the beach side to the bay side for your safety.brbrbrbrGolf carts can be rented locally and delivered to the house for your use during your stay.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrJust a couple of house rules:brbrbrbrPets are allowed with the pet fee of $250. There is a two dog maximum with a combined weight limit of 100 lbs.brbrbrbrOut of consideration of our neighbors, we cannot accommodate large parties such as prom or graduation parties. brbrbrbrPlease do not park on the grass of our lot or any other lot in the neighborhood. We have parking for 5 cars in the driveway and garage.brbrbrbrYou must be 25 years of age to rent our home. brbrbrbrbrbrbrbrNo parking or driving on any of the grassy areas of the resort, please.
