The main level features a spacious kitchen that has everything you will need for your stay including a large pantry to store all your items. The dining area has a 8' table with 8 chairs perfect for dining with friends and family. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a 75 HD Vizio Smart Cast TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. One room has a king size bed and 55 smart TV. The second bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The upstairs has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a spacious bunk room that will sleep 8 people. It has two twin/queen bunk beds and one queen bed. The second room has a king size bed and an entry to the top level deck. This rooms comes with a coffee station to enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck. Crystal Beach allows you to drive on the beach, make camp fires, or just enjoy the sun. There are golf cart and kayak rentals close by.

The front bedroom offers a queen bed and a dresser housing a TV inside. The back bedroom offers a double bed, located at the end of the hall next to a full size laundry room. The master suite is upstairs with a 4-poster queen bed, an armoire, another TV and a large bathroom. All beds are extremely comfortable, featuring memory foam mattress toppers with quality bedding and down/feather pillows. The daybed in the living room is also very comfortable with available bedding to sleep one, so the total number this home sleeps is seven. Perfect for families or friends gathering for some beach time.brbrA large deck offers plenty of room to enjoy the coastal breezes with a peak-a-boo ocean view. There is a propane grill, dining table for al fresco meals, as well as a pair of chaise lounges for your enjoyment. From sunbathing in the day to cooking out in the evening to incredible stargazing at night, you’ll find yourself out there a lot! The large fenced yard is lushly landscaped with roses and tropical bushes and there is an outdoor shower head below with hot and cold water for rinsing off when you return from the beach. Vacant lots on either side of this very large lot offer more privacy than usual.brbrBack inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas are all spacious and flow together with lots of windows, plenty of light and hardwood floors throughout. A large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and set a fabulous table! This home was NOT set up as a rental so there are very nice and plentiful pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. I have cooked and hosted many holiday meals and dinner parties here. The china cabinet is filled with beautiful stemware for your adult beverage enjoyment. The dining room table can seat up to 8 with comfortable banana leaf chairs should you want to linger. And if you choose to go out, you’ll have my recommendations for the best places in Galveston for brunch, happy hour and dinner from my 15+ years on the Island!brbrThe armoire in the living room houses a large TV with DirectTV Stream for your entertainment as well as a selection of board games. Turn over the top of the end table next to the sofa and you’ll find a lovely backgammon board. And for all your electronic devices, high-speed wireless internet will keep you well connected. The hot tub was huge and in excellent condition—definitely a highlight. Being right on the beach was incredibly convenient, even though we had some foggy days, the beach itself was clean and beautiful. We also took advantage of the clubhouse amenities driving the provided golf cart; the heated lazy river was a big hit with the kids. Overall, this was a perfect place for a large group and a wonderful beach getaway.
