Our beach is safer for kids due to no cars allowed on the beach in front of our house all year around!! Large deck on the ground floor and on the main level with plenty of seating and an additional top-floor deck are the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves. House has plenty of windows with unobstructed ocean views. brbrWith ~ 1900 sqft, the house has an open living/dining area, 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 outdoor hot water shower, sleeping 13 comfortably. Both floors have a high ceiling which is a rare find for beach houses and will give you the breezy feel even inside. The whole first floor has hardwood flooring, the second floor master bedroom has luxury vinyl plank flooring (installed Oct 2021), with hardwood staircase connecting the two floors. No carpet in house! brbrThe master suite on the top floor has its own deck boasting the highest ocean views in the neighborhood. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a twin bed. This beach house is also within walking distance of a pickleball court, tennis court, and a wonderful play area/park. The community has a swimming pool for owners and guests.
