Jewell by the Sea, Oceanview, King Size Bed, Dog Friendly!

Great place!

The trip was very enjoyable and if I had time I would plan several times every year at this location. Friendly management onsite an easy parking and access to condo was outstanding. Only upgrade would be a butler to move in and out - carts were available to manage the absence. Beach across the highway - great. If they would put in a ramp on the seawall - I'd say outstanding. The staff was friendly and polite. The kiddie pool was terrific, and the adult's pool was great. The spa was overchlorinated. The spa jets are turned up to high, causing the system to be so loud you cant carry on a conversation in or near the spa. The balcony is damaged, management says with no plans to repair. The digital door locks are faulty. They sometimes require upwards of 6 attempts to enter. Management stated that they are aware and didnt want to fix them this year. There was a panel from the cabinet with nails sticking out laying in the floor when i arrived. The balcony door doesnt lock, so parents beware. The bunk beds are located at the entrance and next to the master bedroom, so its a danger in more than 1 way. There was food stuck on the cooking utensiles when i arrived. The toilet had urine in it on arrival. The shower head is fixed at a height of 7ft, so good luck rinsing off. There is no crosswalk to the beach in walking distance. The area of the beach across from the property is covered in large boulders. The ac was struggling to cool the condo. The air filter looked older than me. The roku is locked so that you cant download any channels that they didnt pre-install. The bedroom television didnt work. Even if it did, it was very small, very high up, and not centered to the bed. The bed was as hard as a rock. There is no trash receptical in the condo. The floors and walls are so thin, that you constantly hear other guests stomping around.

Good Stay but construction on the second day started at 8 with loud music and drilling and they worked until 9 at night playing loud music.

Overall it was a great stay. Only downfall was we were right by the part of the condos that was under construction and the elevators didnt work.

Absolutely loved this condo and will definitely book again. Very clean, and safe.

the sunrise view is incredible. Fit 2 youngsters comfortably.

The place was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and how pet friendly it was. Only disappoint was all the construction happening on the outside of the building and the elevator was out of order.

Had a great time and relaxation. Place was under construction but nothing annoying. Rooms were updated and fantastic with everything we needed. Bed was so comfy as well and great view of beach from our balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in am or anytime. Nice walk to places as well If you don’t want to drive

This was a great place to stay. Close to the ocean and a wonderful view from the balcony. Very clean and just as great as they said it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute, well decorated beachy condo. Walking distance to the beach right across the street. Great view! Had a great time and even brought our doggies. Dog park was handy too.

The location is great, the kids enjoyed the pool, and it was perfect for our long weekend getaway.

Amazing views and great balcony. Complex pools were great. It’s nice that the complex is further down Seawall Drive away from the major traffic that is closer to the pier. Complex is under construction, not disclosed in listing. If you are coming from out of town, you will need beach towels. We needed to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper to accommodate our party of 5. There were 6 bath towels provided for Friday check in - Monday check out, so we washed them everyday to have fresh dry towels.
