As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. brbr• Pets: While we adore furry friends, our home isn't suitable for them. If a pet is found on the premises, a $200 fee will be charged, and we kindly ask you to leave with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. brbr• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the cabin - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to smoke on the deck, please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Ensure the butt is fully extinguished and deposit them in the designated sand-filled pail or trash can before departure. If housekeeping or the groundskeeper needs to pick up discarded butts, a fee of $1 per butt will be charged. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a charge of $200 for deodorizing the home. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED. brbr• Check-In/Out: The bed may be left unmade with sheets and pillowcases left on. Used towels/washcloths should be placed in the bathroom bathtub. All trash should be put in the outside garbage can. Close all windows. Make sure the door is locked before you leave. Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $50 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. There is a newly refinished fireplace that is perfect for cozying up in front of (only available during fall, winter and early spring). This three bedroom beauty hosts 11 people. There is a vaulted king master with jetted tub on main as well as a pull out queen sofa and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom right beside it. Upstairs you will find another king master with a full bath and a twin pull out sofa sleeper in room. It is perfect for a family with a small child. In the loft you will find a one of a kind built in twin bunk bed. perfect for kids or a moms trip where everyone can have their own bed. the unit also comes equipped with pack n play for a small child and baby gates for the stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities in a kitchen. You might even find a lovely welcome basket from the hosts ;). Quiet Mountain Escape Between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

This one bedroom, one and a half bath loft cabin is located in Sky Harbor a short drive off of the Parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A nice escape from the hustle and bustle of town but only about 15 minutes will put you in either location.brWhen you arrive you will find a rustic cabin feel in a modern property with all of the amenities you need. You will find paved roads all the way up to the gravel parking area just outside of the front door. There is a beautiful spacious wrap around porch on three sides of the home with a four person hot tub located on the back side of the deck. Repurposed railroad ties adorn the porch and make a nice ramp for level easy access from the parking area.brWhen you walk through the main door you enter into the living room with a vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace with a flatscreen television mounted above it. Light shines in from the many windows and three sliding glass doors. just off of the living room is a dining area and live edge bar countertop.brIn the kitchen you will find new stainless appliances and well stocked for all of your cooking needs. brJust through the hallway to your left you will find the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, with a private sliding door allowing access to the deck. Mounted above the dresser you will find a flat screen television. brTo you right in the hallway you will find the stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Just beyond that is the Master Bathroom. brThe Master Bathroom features top of the line finishes with a beautiful colored glass vessel sink, and a tiled wall shower with a sliding glass door.brBack in the main living area you will find a gorgeous stairway up to the loft sleeping and game area. From the balcony railing you can look down into the living room and dining area. The loft features a comfortable twin over twin bunk bed. You will also find a multi-cade with 60 classic games. There is also a table for games and a flat screen television mounted on the wall. A fifth person could sleep on the living room couch if necessary.brSome of the roads can be a bit steep if you aren't accustomed to the area but they are maintained by the HOA and treated in the event of inclement weather.
