The driveway is moderately steep but unless it is completely iced over, it will be no problem for any vehicle. 4x4 is recommended in snowy weather.brbrInternet/Cable:brbrThe internet is fast... Xfinity claims up to 400 mbps so plenty of bandwidth to stream Netflix on everyone`s devices.. :)brbrThere is no cable service in the cabin.brbrAccessibility:brbrThe stairs up to the porch and front door are a little steep so if you or your travel companions are mobility limited, this may not be the best option for you.brbrThe red tape:brbr- You must be 25 or older to book br- 8 person maxbr- 4 vehicle maxbr- No Petsbr- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] No food, drink, bubble bath, bath bombs are permitted in the hot tub. [Fireplace: The fireplace is an electric faux fire place with a heater option. br Do not leave on for more than 2 hours at a time. brbr14. Water and Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. brbr15. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter.

It has parking for two, one behind the other right beside entry ramp, making it convenient to load and unload the vehicle. brbrOnce inside be in awe of the cozy setting that greets you. There is a full seating area in front of a gas fireplace perfect for watching the game or warming up after playing in the rain. Also, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect with dining for 6 and insight of the TV as well so the person cooking doesn’t miss anything. On this level is also a Queen bedroom, separate bath with tub/ shower combo, and a game-room with pool table. This has everything you need right in one area making it easy for someone that doesn’t want to travel stairs.
