The view from this deck is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and have a morning cup of coffee. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom that is a Jack and Jill bathroom, which means both rooms share it and have access from inside the bedrooms. We supply 8 bath towels per the 8 guest that the cabin sleeps. We have a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen where the towels can be laundered during your stay. We do not supply more than 8 towels. The entry level patio is also accessible right off the kitchen and does not require the use of stairs. brbrPEST CONTROL: This property is in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, which is an extremely woodsy area. We have pest control that comes out every month to prevent bug issues, but on occasion, bugs may find their way into the home through open doors, windows, etc just like any other home. Please keep doors and windows shut whenever possible to prevent bugs from entering behind you. brbrWILDLIFE DISCLAIMER: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting!brbrSECURITY CAMERA DISCLAIMER: There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home at the front door facing the walkway. Cameras record audio and visual. brbrWELL WATER: Because of our location in the mountains, this home is on well water. It is completely safe and clean to drink/brush teeth/bathe in, but this is noted as some guests prefer bottled water. brbrCONSTRUCTION: The home is located in a developing neighborhood, so you should expect to hear some extra noise between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday- Friday while the construction crew works to get the new homes completed. brbrTRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events.
