This is a large cabin and our cleaners need ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.brbrSUPPLIES: Start-up bundle of supplies provided for your convenience. Depending on number of guests and length of stay, additional supplies may be required for purchase at your cost. Do not remove host-provided supplies from the property. You are welcome to use the previous guest's leftover propane for the grill, however we do not refill the tanks. There are several stores down the road where you can purchase additional propane.brbrHOUSEKEEPING: No regular housekeeping or trash service. Place all trash in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacle, located near the driveway. Our cleaners will empty the trash at the end of your stay. There are bears in the area, and the trash will attract them. If the trash is overflowing and not safe to place in the cage, please look for the community dumpster in Pigeon Forge.brbrMAINTENANCE: Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken or breaks during your stay, please report to host.brbrPLUMBING: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Absolutely No Grease in the Kitchen Sink. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. It is a heated pool, temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature around 75-80 degrees. The pool is 12' x 20', 3' at the shallow end and 4' at the deep end. Absolutely no running, jumping or diving! No children under the age of 18 permitted in pool at any time without adult supervision. The pool is cleaned and chemicals checked weekly and our pool cleaners may need to service the pool during your stay. This cleaning is to ensure that the chemicals are kept at a safe level for you and your group. We will certainly let you know if this service will need to take place during your stay. Swim attire only allowed in the pool. DO NOT introduce any foreign substances (such as soaps, cleaners, perfumes or any objects besides a human body…) into the pool. This huge luxury home sits on 3 acres right in the Smoky Mountains. 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathroomsbrThe main floor has a huge fully functional kitchen with 2 refrigerators a convection cook top , oven and microwave there are also two coffee makers traditional and a k cup. The 13 foot kitchen island gives plenty of space for those bigger meals and the 10 foot table provides plenty of seating. Just off the kitchen is the covered screened porch with seating for 20 overlooking the pool and hot tub. brThe main floor has four bedrooms : the primary bedroom has a king adjustable tempur-pedic bed with a Jacuzzi tub and a 15 foot walk in shower with double sinks and a large closet . The second room has a queen bed with a triple twin bunk with its own en-suite and large closet and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a triple twin bunk Jack and Jill with its own large closet. The forth bedroom has an over sized king bed with a triple twin bunk Jack and Jill restroom and shower with bedroom three.brOn the main level there is also a dedicated office room which has a pull out twin bed brJust out the door from the office is the laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of room for every ones laundry. brbrThe lower level has bedroom five with is a queen pull out sofa and full bunk beds and bedroom 6 is a queen bed . The lower level also has a 10 foot theater screen and seating for 6, a pool table and Foosball table and a 15 foot custom shuffle board table.brAs you exit the lower level you walk out onto the another covered seating area on your way to your own private pool and hot tub. There is a large gas grill and gas fire table in the area for those long relaxing pool days(The first tank is supplied for both.). Seating for 25. Just outside the fence at the pool a short walk up the hill you will find a wood fire pit small gazebo seating and swing set for the kids ( there is one big swing for the adults as well) . brThe home will sleep 25 (16 if all adults)brbrHot tub is open year round. The pool is always open but not always warm. You have the option to heat it as follows. April, May,June, July, Aug.,Sept.,Oct.,Nov.brit can Not be heated Dec., Jan., Feb., March. eating rates do vary as gas prices vary your amount will be calculated the week before you arrive based on how many days you need it . brbrThere are no check ins or outs on Holidays.brWe also have security cameras outside the property for safety and maintenance purposes. The master bedroom on this level features a king bed, smart TV, a jetted tub, full size bathroom with shower and a door to the main level deck. On the top level there are two bedrooms each with a king bed, smart TVs and share a full bathroom located in the middle. The couch in the main living area pulls out also, making a full size bed. A full bathroom is on both floors, a fully stocked kitchen and full size laundry appliances. Don't forget to enjoy the screened-in porch and the fire pit. We have plenty of nice, level space for parking, including motorcycles and trailers.brOther things to notebrThere is very little cellular service here, but you should be able to text and call through wifi if your phone allows it.brWe are about 30 minutes from any major town, but the closest gas station or Dollar General store is about 10 minutes away. Beautiful scenic drives.
