The dock includes a gas grill, patio table with 4 chairs , patio umbrella, numerous adult floats, air pump for your convenience, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock.brbrThe one bedroom is furnished with a fullsize bed, 2 nightstands with additional lighting for reading, luggage rack and laundry basket.brbrThe livingroom area has a fullsize futon with its own linens and a mattress cover.
