The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home. brbrSECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A deposit hold is required for this home. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). The camera monitors the entryway only and does not record any private or interior spaces of the loft. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink.
