Refunds are not available due to inclement weather or impassable roads.brbrThe driveway is paved and uphill, but not too steep. Parking Area is paved and flat. Please keep vehicles on paved surfaces. A maximum of three vehicles are permitted on the property without prior approval.brbrOur heat and A/C work wonderfully! However, the safe operating range is between 67 and 76 degrees F.
