The location was excellent, very close to the beach and multiple restaurant’s. The property was clean and had all amenities you would need. The property manager was extremely nice and easy to get in contact with. We had a really great vacation

Excellent stay!! Place was just as described and very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Host was wonderful and very responsive to any inquiries. Will definitely return.

The property was very clean and well stock with anything we could wish for. We loved the location, not on the beach, but 2 short blocks back in a quiet lovely neighborhood. We used the pool daily. Not real big but a refreshing plunge. There was a beautiful little park just up the street and several nice Restaurants within walking distance. The beach area was nice. We parked ourselves right next to the new Surfside Pear. The owners were very nice and easy to work with and were understanding with any unforeseen circumstances that might come up. When we had a question they got back to us very quickly. We hope to stay there again next year, Lord willing.

Great little property, met our needs perfectly. We would stay here again, though our family of four may need a 2 bathroom place next time.

To say our little vacation was perfect is an understatement. The check in was a breeze - Tanya communicated by phone prior and during the stay, making sure we knew all the details of the stay. The proximity to the beach and the restaurants was amazing! A couple minutes to the beach and dining ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner options! Our room was immaculate and we were provided with absolutely every possible accessory or utility we would possibly need for the beach and for daily cooking and cleaning in the condo. I would absolutely recommend this location and host and experience.

Just like it was the first time we stayed here, the property was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and convenient to everything we needed. There will most likely be a return visit. Thanks Tanya!

Nicely furnished, 1 bedroom condo just a couple blocks from the beach & food. Laid-back neighborhood. Tanya was a great communicator beforehand, and immediately solved the one small issue we had during our stay (she lives only 5 mins away). Would definitely stay again!
