Large Beach View House in Surfside, South Carolina

Location was awesome. Plenty of space. Great pool.

This property is a perfect fit if you have a family. The house is spacious and clean. The pool was serviced twice during our stay. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the house. There is access to an outdoor shower, which was great to get the sand off from the beach before getting into the pool again. The owner/manager of this fabulous place was available and extremely friendly.

We were very pleased with all the amenities! The house was very spacious and close to the beach. We enjoyed our welcome gift from the host too!! Great place for families!

Room 3. Had old food left under one double bed…. Old beef jerky which lead to ant infestation. We cleaned old food up and sprayed and killed the ants….

We were less than 5 minutes from the beach and the house was very clean. We even got a special welcome gift on our first day. Vic was pretty easy to reach, which we needed when the washer wouldn’t drain. The pool was a little small, but they have a pool maintenance person come midweek to clean it for us, automatically. Only downside was not having a washer there all week. Hopefully they were able to replace it for the next group!

Ok did not do a good job with the pool

This is a beach house with plenty of room and a great pool for the grandchildren to have fun in. The beach access is ultra convenient as are stores and lovely restaurants. This was our first trip to Surfside, and hope to return.

Me and my fiance and a few friends stayed there last year for bike week. The house is simply amazing and location is perfect. It was a nice quite place even during bike week. You can sit on the porch and watch all the people cruise up and down the road. You are able to see the ocean without paying an arm and leg for ocean view. There was a slight issue with a/c the night we arrived but he was very easy to reach and had the issue resolved in a very timely matter, there is always someone on call 24/hr. Owner is very personable and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to using house every year for bike week and also adding more family vacation in the house as well. The owner is very accommodating.

Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this vacation rental is. Our family has been going there every year since it was opened to renters. It's super clean, well-stocked, and family friendly. It's so close to the beach and yet, the private swimming pool is fantastic when the water is rough. WIthin walking distance of the Surfside Pier and a short driving distance to great restaurants and shopping!Our entire family thinks of this as our vacation home! There's enough room for the four family units (ie: my husband and me, our two daughters and their families, and our son and his family) to be there together.Finally, the owner is so easy to work with. He truly tries to make your vacation easy, convenient, and special! Could not ask for more!!!
