Every TV is set up with a Roku—perfect for cozy movie nights and catching the big game. Instead of cable, you can stream using your own accounts, so you can watch exactly what you want. Just be sure to bring your favorite streaming logins (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube TV, etc.), sign in during your stay, and sign out when you’re done. For your privacy and security, we never store guest logins. Easy!

**PET-FRIENDLY HOME**
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious yard while you relax in the swimming pool.

**CLEANING & SANITIZATION**
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

**NO SMOKING INSIDE**
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

**NO PARTIES/EVENTS**
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

**RING DOORBELL DISCLAIMER**
This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell device, the sole recording device on the premises. The exterior security camera is positioned to enhance security, focusing on the main entry and does not intrude into any interior spaces. It activates recording upon detecting motion or when the video doorbell button is pressed. Your privacy and security are our priorities. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with us.

**RESERVATION HOLDER PRESENCE RULE**
For security reasons, the individual who made the reservation and holds the credit card used for booking must be present throughout the entire stay. This ensures the safety of our property and compliance with our policies. If there are any exceptional circumstances or concerns, please communicate with us in advance. Your cooperation is appreciated for a secure and enjoyable experience.


Please note that a signed renter agreement is required within 72-hours upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 may be required for your stay.
