Beach getaway with a private Pool

It was perfect. We loved the house and pool. Neighbors got a little noisy. So close to the beach!

The pool is great and being close to the beach was nice 5 min walk. The house was very dirty both inside and outside. The pull out couch is not comfortable. I'm giving 2 stars for the fact that we paid a cleaning fee and it needed to be cleaned would find somewhere else next time There

We were in town to help run and adaptive Surf event at 13th Ave. it was perfect location. Great parking, pool was a bonus very clean. Loved everything about the property beautiful deck.

The property was clean and felt like home. We were very pleased with how close to beach we were and when the kids were done with the beach for the day, they enjoyed the pool!

The house was nice but for the cost I wasn't expecting I would have to buy garbage bags. There weren't any towels to do dishes. Pool was great. Would I stay again probably not.

We enjoyed our time in the house. The location was great for our purposes (golf, restaurants). The host was accommodating to our request for an early check in and communicative during the entire stay. The table near the pool needs a bit of work to make it usable (cleaning, stability).

We drove over 13hrs for our vacation. The owner Angela, allowed us to check in a little bit earlier. And allowed us to park for an hour at the house before that check in time, we walked to the beach. We are grateful Angela was able to work us. The beach is 4 houses away, perfect location! The local grocery store Food lion is also right up the road. Very convenient. The house is a just how the pictures show. But i want to help others with the layout. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedroms connects to that bathroom, this bath room also has access the hall. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has the top deck access and private bathroom. Two of the rooms share a jack and jill bathroom connection. The final bedroom also has a private bathroom. This is the only bedroom with a sofa bed. There is a roll out bed in the closet of the 1st floor bedroom. The kitchen has all the basic items required for a stay. The pool was a amazing after spending time at the beach. There are 2 outside showers to rinse off the sand. Currently (July 2024) some previous guests have left a few beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys under the stairs. We brought our own so we did not use these items. There is a grill, its charcoal. Again we didnt use it. My only complaint is sadly the pinic table needs to be replaced and hopefully that will happen for other guests. We would deffinalty stay here again!
