Stayed Dec 30, 2021The home was extremely dirty. There were clumps of hair in the shower so it was evident it had not been cleaned. There was visible dirt and trash on the floors. Dishes/pans were very disorganized and needed to be washed in order to use them. The air conditioning did not work and the home didn't cool below 75. We were told by the owner at the time of our arrival that additional towels would be delivered the following morning but they never arrived. When I notified the owner about these issues after our stay she thanked me for letting her know about the issues but offered no apology.
