There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker). The Ethan Allen furniture is all new and high quality (with a Queen sofa bed) and comfy King bed upstairs. Linens and towels are all great quality. In addition, we are pet friendly, and well behaved pets are welcomed. Come out and enjoy this wonderful Island!! Beach Cruiser bikes are complimentary as well as beach accessories (beach chairs and beach towels). Hosts live nearby and we want to make your stay memorable. This island is very family friendly with lots of wonderful amenities including multiple pools and work out facilities that are available to our guests. As well as horse back riding, golf, tennis and pickle ball (additional cost for these amenities). Please take a moment to read our reviews! You really do not have to stay on the beach to enjoy this beautiful island (most everything is very close to the beach!). This townhouse is also very close to all the Beach House pool amenities and the Pelicans Nest as well as the Lake House. The host is extremely responsive and will give recommendations to make your stay on Seabrook Island special. Host has recommendations such as complimentary bonfire permits for a nighttime bonfire's on the beach (we have complimentary starter logs/kindling onsite for your use). We are a quiet community but fill with all the outdoor activities & amenities.brbr This is a 825sq 2 story townhouse. Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed. brDownstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. a slide out daybed that can convert to king size bed is in the living room. A pack and play and high chair is provided for the little one! brbr Miles of White sand beach and bike trail are just right around the corner(for free) br Outdoor pool and golf club house are about 1.5 mile away, you can walk/bike there. Or drive.brbr IMPORTANT!!! Please read the following!!br br You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it.br Amenity card is required to access indoor and outdoor pools, golf, gym, tennis and restaurants. $55 a day per family or group.
