Spectacular family beach house directly on Seabrook Islands Boardwalk #5. What a great location, just a short trip down the street to the Beach Club, Seabrook Island Club House, Pelicans Nest and more importantly THE BEACH! Four big BR's/ 3 Full Baths and 1 Half Bath with direct access to 2 charming screened porches, (1st and 2nd story), on the rear of the home. As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted with a bright, friendly coastal vibe that continuesthroughout this delightful home. The main living area is ready for you to sit back and linger as you enjoy the easy living on Seabrook Island. The open floor plan integrates everyone into the vacation fun. The custom kitchen is a cook's delight and ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes. Dine inside at the table with ample seating for 8 plus 3 barstools. The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen. There is a 2nd primary bedroom on the first floor with 2 queen beds and en suite bath. This bedroom also has access to the deck and screened porch.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed, en suite bath and access to the 2nd floor screened porch. Cross the breezeway and the other 2 bedrooms await. A twin/full bunk bed in one and a queen bed in the other that also has access to the screened porch. These bedrooms share a full hall access bath.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

    This house is well situated with a short walk down boardwalk #5 to the beach, and within easy walking distance to the Pelican’s Nest and Beach Club pool. The house more than met our needs. But the most impressive thing is how the management handles problems. We encountered two issues - neither of which was the fault of the property management: 1) the previous guests left unbagged trash (raw meat) in the trash cans which caused a foul smell and maggots to take over the outdoor trash can. Once notified, management sent someone to clean it ASAP. 2) later in the week a water main break in the neighborhood left us without water for several hours during the pre-dinner shower hours. Management went so far as to offer us another place to shower, which we thought was super nice. Moral of this review: You can book with confidence.

    We were very happy to find the property exactly as described. It was perfect for our family - the first floor was a perfect gathering space AND everyone had their own space to which they could retreat and recharge. Everything we needed was there, including bikes for the beach!

    Our extended family enjoyed 3 different properties on Seabrook for our holiday and were fortunate enough to all gather together for meals and family time. From my 91 year old grandfather to my 10 month old son, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ease of the attached boardwalk, the well-appointed kitchen, the double screened porches - amazing! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms gorgeous! Everything we needed was right there!

    Had a great vacation at this beautiful home on Bonita Ct! The location is probably one of the best things about this home - right on Boardwalk 5 and in just a couple minutes, you’re at the beach! It’s also just a short bike ride to the pools and restaurant/cafe! We loved biking around the island everyday - it’s a very peaceful neighborhood. There are four bikes in the garage (adult or teen size) - we rented some not knowing from seaside cycles and they were great! The beach was not crowded at all during our week in August - we had it mostly to ourselves! The house had been fully updated - beautiful kitchen, dining, and family rooms with everything you need at your fingertips! The bedrooms and bathes were also beautifully decorated and clean. We had only 4 in our party, but you could easily sleep 7 or 8. Nancy was a fabulous host, with prompt communication and attention!

    We enjoyed a nice family trip and mixed in one day at the PGA. The proximity to the beach was spectacular and offsets most of the nuisances that accompany renting a home Having bikes in the garage was a pleasant surprise We did attempt to eat at pelican nest 2 times but were turned away because it was members only?
