All the main floors have engineered hardwood and ceiling fans. The great room sits beneath beamed Cathedral ceilings. A 55 Smart TV lets you stream all your favorite channels! Sliding doors off this room lead out to the expansive screen porch and deck. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's treat with white cabinetry, quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar has four stools - gather around during meal prep time! The kitchen dining area seats four and lets you be a part of the action. It also makes a great spot for the kids table at meal time. Off the kitchen is the dining room. Here you are surrounded by windows and have wonderful golf course views. The dining table seats six.
