Palmetto Breeze Beach Cottage Home on Golf Course with amenity cards included!

This was the cleanest and most accommodating property our family has stayed in. It was roomy, very quiet and close to the pools and beaches. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Great place - tastefully remodeled and comfortable. Owner's attention to detail was the difference - comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, nice towels and really well stocked with TP, paper towels, bottled water, and all the items you usually have to go buy on arrival - like coffee filters. They nail it.

We had the best time! The island is magical and staying at Palmetto Breeze made our stay fabulous. The home owner was so easy to work with and the home had everything! So sell stocked, relaxing and they thought of everything a vacationer would need. There were 6 adults and there were plenty of spaces to relax, visit, play games and eat. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra towels (no one has ever left extra towels in previous rentals). The kitchen was well stocked and the location on the lsland was convenient and very central. We rented bikes and were able to ride to pool gym and beach.

Whether we were enjoying morning coffee or sharing evening laughs, it quickly became our favorite spot to create memories. The thoughtful amenities elevated the experience even further—water bottles, craft soaps, and lotions added such a pampering touch, while the kitchen was a chef’s delight, fully equipped with top-quality utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking a breeze.This home is a gem, blending pristine cleanliness, thoughtful conveniences, and a warm, functional layout. This cottage is great for all year rentals because of the glassed in sunroom (most of the Summerwind Cottages have screened in porches) which is where we spent most of our time, watching deer, golfers and the sunrise/sunset. This home is very comfortable and cozy for family use - especially the blankets in the sunroom! Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Our visit was fantastic. This wonderfully renovated house was immaculate with new furniture and a furnished lower level sited directly on the golf course. The ping-pong table was a joy in the evening. We played while having cocktails on the lower level outside living area. The location was peaceful and perfect, and the beach and pool were an easy stroll. We mingled together while cooking in the large kitchen well equipped with a new stove with air fryer, new pots and pans, knives, and bakeware which made cooking a pleasure. Four large tv's make connecting easy and enjoyable. The décor is stunning, with beautiful art is on the walls. We appreciated the thoughtful touches by Cynthia throughout the house, such as the new fresh linens, new towels, beach umbrellas and chairs. Toilet paper and paper towels were in a welcome package on the table when we arrived. The spacious living areas and outdoor spaces provided plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The back of the house which sets on the golf course is a sun-filled glass room with a cream-colored sectional couch and a breakfast table. This room was my favorite, and I enjoyed breakfast every morning while watching the golfers. The beach was close, and we enjoyed the fantastic ocean views and surroundings. Dinner on the ocean at Pelican’s Nest was serene. This home surpassed all our expectations, and the ease of communication and check in made our vacation seamless. Cynthia, was a fantastic hostess.
