An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Come sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony. br brWe have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa just bring your detergent and we have Wi-Fi connection through Spectrum. brThere is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We do extra cleaning and disinfecting in the villa to make it clean and ready for our guests. A Luxury Villa located across the street just a few steps from the ocean. This villa is a Penthouse villa located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the ocean sunsets, great ocean breeze and very peaceful. No noisy guests staying above you.The villa has a large open floor plan with a huge, fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, a free standing freezer and 8 bars stools. The dining area has a cottage table and 8 chairs. As you move into the den/living room there is a large over sized sectional and a 60' flat screen TV. There is also another area that has a full bed / twin bed combo and a 32' flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or extra bedding. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath Lastly is the Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is also a large balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We also have a washer and dryer for your use.
