The community pool is centrally located, only steps from this villa, and is complete with a pool house, BBQ grills and a picnic table. The shuttle to the oceanfront picks our guests up at the community entrance which is so convenient.

This beautifully custom decorated villa is filled with splashes of color and creativity displaying the owner's fine style and excellent taste. The marvelous kitchen is filled with extras, beautiful appointments and comes complete with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and dine in. Better yet, dine on the covered and furnished lanai overlooking the surrounding tropical landscape.

The great room is outstanding with upscale designer furniture and finely appointed accessories. This room is open to the dining area and the kitchen making conversation easy and not confining for the cook!

The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private full bath suite. A second bedroom, on the opposite end of the villa, is tastefully decorated with a king bedroom suit. A full second bath and laundry room is just off the hallway.
