Three bedrooms have two full size beds and one bedroom has a king bed. This home has an updated beachy decor to keep you in paradise even once you've come off the beach. The kitchen has updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. br The front porch is accompanied with rocking chairs that are perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sun rise from the back porch in your rail height adirondacks. Underneath the house is a shady oasis with a large TV, outdoor furniture, picnic table, gas grill, and swing next to the gorgeous saltwater pool. The pool is 12x20 with LED lights and resort style loungers while being accented with edison lights under the back deck. The pool is not heated but is open all year long. Just off the pool deck is a grassy area for our furry friends to lounge or to set up a tent to sleep under the stars and hear the waves crash in the distance. This property sits on a large channel great for kayaking and fishing from its private dock. Enjoy the early morning sunrise overlooking the channel and then start fishing for dinner right out of your backyard. If you strike out fishing, then soak up the sun rays on the beach which is just a short stroll.
